moOde complies with GPL, I just don???t host a git repo for the sources but rather I post link to sources tar at moodeaudio dot org when requested. Also the sources are directly available on the image in directories /var and /var/www for customers that purchase moOde.
Below is link to the last requested source version. If you want the sources for latest version 3.8.4 it will take a bit of time. No one has requested this yet.
